Uploading a file adds a number to the filename?

Uploading a file from computer adds a number to the filname.
Original name "myfile.pdf" will be "myfile[1].pdf".
Why?

It's happens when You trying to add second time the same file. It's index of file. When You added seven times the same file it will have name myfile[6].pdf.

But in this case it happened the first time. The file didn't exist before.

Mam ten sam problem. Indeksy pojawiają się przy pierwszym dodaniu pliku. Jak to zmienić?
