Contact form on other pages

Hi,
how can I add a contact form on other pages?

You can use the form for one page only. Go to admin-settings-pages and choose it.

OK, I undestand that, but I would like to have the contact form on two or three pages. How can I do that?

In Quick.Cms.Lite there isn't any contact form. If you have a paid version, ask via email. In my opinion, to have the form on more than one page is not possible in easy way.
