What would be the easiest way to implement multiple form mailer pages?

omo - if You want no limit form mailer pages then it will be a problem. smaller problem will be when You dont want to show in configuration all pages with form mailer to save.
if You want 2,3,4 pages with mail form then it will be easier. what option You want?
