Why is my new installation wired

Hi there

I have just installed the new version 2.3 and I have somme problems whit the new installation. If you look here:
http://www.italiasole.com/temp/

There are no pictures and the font is wired.
I have made the cmod changes and tryed all the things that I could find here.

Check the .htaccess file in templates directory. Delete it if it's necessary.
