Menu3 and Menu4

I have a question for someone today. I want to place menu3 and Menu4 out side of the container box. I have placed it to the left handside of it. my question is how and where do I point it to set on a photo. I want menu3 and menu 4 to set on a set photo. I do not know where and how to place a code to point it to the right place. I have changed it up in the CSS but it is only showing part of the photo. yes I have changed to sizes too. I did not know if I need to make a code like
