Internet Explorer Admin Area Login Problem

Whenever I try to use internet explorer to login to the admin area the login fails. I will insert the username and password details and it will simply refresh the admin login page after I submit them.

This does not happen in any other browsers, just internet explorer. Has anyone come across this problem before?

I don't have any problems with login to admin panel in IE. We always test our tools on all browsers.

Yeah. But it still isn't working in Internet Explorer. I thought it might be unique to my browser but other people testing it have also noted the same problem.

What OS do you use? Windows XP or Windows Vista or what? You got to be more specific so the Opensolution guys can make some tests.

I don't know if this makes a difference but I am using a Dell Inspiron 1010.

Internet Explorer is version 8.
