How i can add picture to a link page!

ex: i have a categories link ex: Romania

In page romania i put other pages. ex : bucharest. and the link to the page bucharest i want to put a picture and under that subpage link. i hope you understand it!! 10x

and one more thing ho w to put the products like in picture one near the other.
becaus now they are one unde the other.
