Why Quick.Forum disappeared?

I was looking for Quick.Forum and I just found a 2.2.1 version on RapidShare. Why Quick.Forum is not in OpenSolution.org website?
Is there some forum to discuss about it? I made a template for the version I found. Look at luckdesign.co.cc/forum .
I also want to know there is some way to register users.

OpenSolution do not support this script anymore and don't publish it. I think they want to focus on Quick.Cart and Quick.Cms.
