user agent error

can anyone help me sort out this problem ??
all of a sudden i am getting a user agent error at the bottom of each page in quick cms

Did You tried to integrate another script with Quick.Cms? There are just notices maybe You can turn them off. Try to edit file config/general.php and change line:

to:
