Title and keywords

I have written my companyname as PageTitle under Settings, but why does "Nam elementum" appear in front of my companyname?
Also I have written some keywords, but no matter what I write, the keywords in the headers metatags are meta name="Keywords" content="Suspendisse mauris enim, semper feugiat, auctor placerat, sodales eu, felis"

Why? How do I edit the meta tags?

Check SEO to the right in admin for your page
