login on admin page suddenly fails

Suddenly my login to admin page fails. I worked OK, but yesterday after logging the login page just reloads and remains the same. I changed the login and password through FTP (using Total Commander and changing the config.php file), but the same happened. Then I erased all data from the server, loaded a totally new set of Quick.Cms.Lite v2.6. (through FTP again), tried to login to the admin page using default login and password (admin/admin), and the same happened. Then I changed the login and password in this new config file, but it did not help.
So what is the mistake? I even erased cookies from my browser - no result. The same happens in Mozilla Firefox and in IE too.

Hey, all of a sudden, my login started to work. I don't know why, it just works now.
