Adding tab to admin menu

Hello
I would like to add a button to the menu in the admin area near the
Pages| Languages | Files so it will open the same as those buttons.
the new button will open an iframe just like the main page but to another url.
Is it possible?

I think You have to just edit templates/admin/container.tpl file and add Your own link..
