Side navigation text / how to delete?

Hello,
first of all, thank you for this great CMS. I feel very good with it, joomla is much more complicated and for my need Quick.CMS is entirely sufficient.

Can someone help me to delete the "head text" of the side navigation bar as shown in the picture? Or an option how to rename it?

I have scanned all tpl and php files but I have not found find anything called "Seitenme" for example.
I am not as high skilled in php programing as somebody of you, only skilled in html programing.

do u mean the SEO options? look for them on settings or page tab

Im Verzeichnis: config/lang_xx.php
(xx ist die Abkürzung für Sprache) suche bitte nach dem Eintrag:
$aMenuTypes[y]='Seitenmenü';

Hab ich gemacht, Zeile rauslöschen führt leider nicht zum Erfolg. Hab schon die Nummerierung in der eckigen klammer anzupassen versucht, muss ich da möglicherweise noch in anderen Dateien rumpfuschen?
