How to change URL

Hello, I can't explain exactly my problem but I will try to show you and I hope somebody will know how to fix it.

So I'm from Bulgaria and I use Quick Cart 4.2. When I add product his name is in Bulgarian language( it is cyrillic ) and when I try to copy the link of the product appears symbols like

http://****.horizon-host.com/shop/?130%2C%D0%9E%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BA%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BD-%D1%81%D0%BF%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B5 %D0%BD-%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%BF%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%82-%E2%84%96aw

My question is can I do the link to show in latin letters instead these symbols.

this is quick.cms forum not quick.cart

go to product form and choose "View and SEO" tab and write to field "Url name" in latin letters
