How to add next menu?

i do read this http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cms/docs/?id=en-tips and i did all instruction, but nothing change...
I just would like to add another menu under the product. Anyone could help me please

cakupbalang - I think, you must add minimum 1 page to new menu.
