Navigation section for sub-pages

I'm using QuickCMS 4.1 for a business directory where I have few pages (cities) with many sub-pages (dental clinics): http://www.stomatologie-bucuresti.info/

Let's say I have 100 dental clinics listed under a city (the city is the page and those 100 dental clinics are sub-pages).
Is there a way to have listed 20 listings on screen at the same time, while having a navigation section to move forward to the next 20 listings and so on ?

P.S. I don't mean pagination on the same page (the [break] code).

1. You can modify the function listSubpages like a similar function in Quick.Cart
Example: http://minicms.rhh.pl/?podzial-podstron,26

2. The best way? Migration to CMS.EXT v4.1

Jak zmodyfikować funkcję listSubpages (co trzeba zmienić, wyrzucić, dodać), żeby uzyskać taki sam efekt z podziałem podstron, jak Openzibi na swojej stronie: http://minicms.rhh.pl/?podzial-podstron,26 ? Dziękuję.
