Add Product Fail or Blank

I use Quick.Cart v4.2
Currently, I have included a total of 115 products
My problem:
By the time I would like to add a product, the result is always empty
I am hosting currently using PHP version 5.2.17
Please help from friends

did you disabled in settings option "Display files from server in form" ?
