Problem charset and chars Quick.CMS 5.0 free

Hi together.

We have a problem with a free Quick.CMS @ www.hilfe-mit-sicherheit.de .
It`s a Quick.Cms v5.0 free.
It seems, that there is a problem with the charset, because you can see the title in the sourcecode as follows: "... Anerkannter mildtätiger ...".
Or the slogan: "Anerkannter mildtätiger Förderverein für humanitäre Hilfsprojekte im In- und Ausland."
The charset is set to utf-8.
Any ideas? Feel free and have a look on the sourcecode.

Propably some files in templates/, index.php or core/ someone edit by program that operate UTF-8 encoding uncorrectly.
