How to add new category on left menu QC 6.0

I wil make add an new categorie customer service on de left menu in QC 6.0 but how i can make that?

I have done it, but it is not good, i have make een screenshot. the basket i will have it under the categorie, what go wrong dat its display not good.

you should update your css styles. by default basket style is in #menu1. now you have probably #menu4 styles with your new menu. I can't see what have you done, so I can't help you more
