Hi guys.

I loaded up on cart this week for the first time and it is going great guns.
www.africangas.co.za/index.php

However - on my product pages, none of my images are displaying. I'm just getting a short grey vertical bar where the pic is supposed to be.
When I click on it, the system tries to load the pic, but no success.

I've changed some permissions in the files folder and it helped with the linked downloads, but not the images.
My ISP reckons they aren't developers so they can't help me with the GD library thing ???

Any ideas please?

Check if your server meets all requirements. Also don't upload images in big dimensions.

Thank you.
I will check again against server requirements.
In the mean time, the main image does open when I click on the stripey thumbnail.
Also, the downloads work when I click on them.

Check your "files" folder if there are folders 150, 180 and 250 inside.

And don't forget to set the rights for each of the folder to 777.

yeeeehhhaaaaa - you biscuit.

I could kiss you if you were any closer.

In main directory I changed "Files" directory permissions to 777
Inside files directory I changed the 150, 180 etc also to 777.

It works - excellent.
Thanks man, you are a star

If you think there may be security concerns - please let me know.
