Can't login!

I can't login my QC page. When I write right username and password and click login button, it load a few seconds and then the login pages appears again whit an empty password field.
If I write wrong password, it will show text that you have written a wrong password..

Cookies is enabled..
And everything file permissions are OK.

Can this problem cause my ISP? Because I know that they have moved all client sites to another server..

Hi!

So.. the first thing I would check is copying all files from server to my own PC and tried to login from localhost. Then I would know if this is an ISP problem or not;) Try it!

unable to log in...i upgraded to quick cart v.5 and when i try to log on it'sn in the old format..followed the instructions and nothing!

Any help appreciated
