Simple Backup plugin not working

Using QC 5.2, I can't get the plugin Simple Backup plugin to work.
Have correctly installed the files into the Actions and Plugins folders, and have replaced the code in the correct places, but I get the error message "Error: no action was taken"
Any suggestions?

download Quick.Cart.Add ... there is installed simpleBackup plugin. check out how it works and maybe you find why it is not working on your installation

Have tried that. I get exactly the same error message: "Error: no action was taken"

Any other suggestions?

I think there is problem with file in actions/ . send link to admin panel and login to check it out

Because I downloaded and installed both the standard and the CQ.add version a 2nd time, it's not the fault of the files or my installation.

Not sure what you mean by "send link to admin panel and login to check it out"

Getting desperate on the backup, so please help.
