Hi guys, I set up two payment option 1)direct bank in 2)paypal (invoice sent through email) And when I set shipping, Free shipping (0.00 cost), I tick direct bank in and set 0.00, then I tick paypal and set 3.4%
So when customer choose "Free shipping - Direct bank in", they won't pay any additional charge but problem occur when customer choose "Free shipping - Paypal", QC does not add the 3.4% to the total cost.
QC supposedly add the extra charge, right? Because when I edit shipping, the payment on the right side has the option to put the % value.

"percent - for instance declaring "10%" means, that the shipping rate will be increased by 10% with relation to the base price of the shipping method when this payment method is chosen."
Now I know why I got zero when I set 3.4%.
The 3.4% * shipping cost is then added to the total.
How can I change it so that 3.4% * cost and added to the total cost?
