Can't create new page and new product page

I just moved my website to a new server, but since I moved to new server I can't create new page and new product page in my website. Even I can't update the content.

why this could happen?

What is the solution of this problem?

I use Quick Cart v3.7

Specification of my hosting :
- cPanel Version : 11.32.3 (build 19)
- Apache version : 2.2.22
- PHP version : 5.2.17

Yes, I have changed the file permissions. I use filezilla to change CHMOD.
but the result is the same, I still can't add new products and new pages.

Certainly the post_max_size is to small.
Click out the "show files on server" option in configuration.

Maybe my cpanel interface is diffrent from yours.

I can't find any "setting" option in right top corner in my cpanel :(

Should I contact my hosting company to change this "post_max_size" option?
