After backup everything gone!

Hi all,

I was working with Quick.Cart today and My dad sayed to me that I have to backup the site. I went to ''Create Backup'' so... The backup was done. Then a few minutes later everything on the site was gone!

Who can help get my files back?

By the way... It's not freeware! It's the extended version!
