Tax in orders

Hi.
I need show tax in orders like this:
product A ............................... 8 €
product B................................ 5 €
product C................................ 2 €
subtotal................................ 15 €
tax (18%)............................... 2,7 €
shipping and payment............. 10 €
total......................................27,7 €

I have site in v1.4 and a copy in v4.2 also.
I need tax in saved order in admin, send order to client and order form.
I think it may be easy for php experts (I am not).
Any one can help me?
