Backup plugin not working?!

Hello to everyone. I'm new here. I was created my father site using QUICK.CART, and work perfectly. Now i'm working on design changeing, and plugin adding.

I add simpleBackup plugin to my father site and plugin not working. :S
I'm clicking on Download backup and site talking me that is eror with this message
"Error: no action was taken".

Here is screenshot. Can you tell me where is error? I follow instruction in howTo.txt file.

maybe you have disabled PHP function gzopen() ???

Edit actions_admin/backup.php and add in second line this:
echo '<h2><center>test text</center></h2>';

after choose "download backup" from admin panel and check what will display. If you will see "test text" then propably you have gzopen() library disabled.
