How can i get the text from comment field in the email who i get after an order is placed.

You have to put in /templates/orders_print.tpl in block:
<!-- BEGIN ORDER_EMAIL_BODY -->
maybe over the line:
$lang[Order_customer_email_foot]
add:
$aData[sComment]
to make it in standard look, add ---------- lines over or/and under this.
