Dynamic international V.A.T.

Hi all, Just put a local copy - for preview and testing; comparing with osCommerce. Works nicely; I just love it flat, instead of bulky MySQL monsters. So far, so good, but: where, how, do I add international tax rates? What I want to achieve is, to dynamically adjust taxes, depending on country and district. Or, at the very least, to configure a static value for V.A.T to be printed on the order page, and added to the order's sub-total. Whoops, I can only hope, somebody here speaks sufficient English, to provide help, thank you. Also, are there any plug-ins for additional Payment gateways? Regards, Peter Heinrich Claus

wozu brauchst Du dynamische MwSt? Der Verkäufer führt sie ab in der in seinem Land geltenden Höhe. Also für den Laden ist sie konstant. Bei den gewerblichen Käufern aus dem Ausland, sie bekommen den Nettopreis und in dessen Verantwortung liegt die Bezahlung der MwSt in eigenem Land. Aber eine statische MwSt - kein Problem, habe schon Paar Mal gemacht.

if you can work out php and such.. I have done a mod like this some time ago... I don't remember very well, would have to search for it.
Please let me know on my email and I'll send you some sources for you to check out. Perhaps you can figure it out from there. I'd do it for you if I had time but right now that is the most precious commodity.

Hi again. Just went by, checking the news. The topic has solved itself, by writing the required, desired functions myself. Nothing for big shops, though, but works for my needs. Thanks for the responses, though.
