Top/Bottom position

Hello,
in QC4.1 I can place photos on left or right.
It is possible to place them also on bottom an top ?

I have edit config\lang_xx.php with:
$aPhotoTypes[3] = 'Bottom';
$aPhotoTypes[4] = 'Top';

The 2 options are visible, bunt unfortunaltly photo is not placed at bottom or top.
