what is the maximum upload size for quick.cart? Does it have upload_max_filesize?
If yes, Can I set it very big like 100mb? Will it work? Thanks in advance.

If You talking about pictures edit file libraries/FotoJobs.php and look for variable: $iMaxForThumbSize
But also Your server can have limitations about uploading files so You should talk with Your server admin.
