PayPal for Version 3.7

Hello,
I just downloaded the free version of QUICK.CART. I also like to add the PayPal option. I saw on Google so many solution!!!. I tried some, but without sucess. Perhaps it was not for this version! Sometime it's very difficlut to understand how to go.
Question : does anybody have a good instruction or sample, how to iclude this option.
