does not add product to basket?!

It's a time that I am using quick.cart .
First my site did not load at all, but when I changed links_friendly to "null" it worked.

now I customized quick.cart for my language, and I did all changes correctly to work with new language.

But I have 2 problems :

1.when I click on "add to basket" it goes to basket page, and says your basket is empty! (other mean it does not add any product)

2.I can not add new product any more!
when I get to add a new product, and I click to "save" quick.cart says
