i got an excel file with 214.000 articles (articel number, name, discription, price) and i got a map with 214.000 picture with the articel number that fits the excel file.
is there a possibility that i import it at once in my webshop?
if i have to do this one by one, i'm 100 years working on it
For this quest I just finished an AddOn to QC. I keep a few big databases (more than 10.000 items every) and after the customer has searched for this in QC (and this part doesn't exist in QC but in one of the neighbour databases) this one product will be imported to the QC-database and shown in search result. Just ready to buy in QC. With price, name & short description (or whatever - just a matter of config and infos in the neighbour database). So I have achieved, that the customers have access to ALL products I offer, but the QC-database grows only if the request is comming.
I have experience with QuickCart going full-time with 16000 products. 8000 should be routinely working, 16000 products and 41000 pics shop needed little enhancements.
But 240 000 products is an overkill. If you can lower the amount by a factor of 10 using attributes, then it's quite possible (with 24000 products and as many images). Do let me know here, I have exactly the tool you can use to get this from excel to QC.
