I'm having a problem and I'm not sure what to do. I noticed that order details were missing from my orders. After some testing and research I discovered there is an order that keeps looping and therefore creating really large database files. It always has the same reference id in 'orders_products.php' but with different products.
I tried deleting the orders_products in order to start with an empy database. The file is immediately recreated containing new entries for this reference id. I cannot find this order back in the orders overview, but my customer might have deleted it.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to break this loop? I'm pretty desparate..
a thorough ispection of php files in the db/ folder is needed to remove the problem of looping order. Then an upgrade to ver. 3.x will solve your primary problem (database corruption). If you need help, I am available at email here: http://www.tigerware.sk/easyplugins/
