Changing the background of the text area

Hello everyone,

I am creating a new site http://site16.vdne.nl and I have a question.
The background of the pages is red, and the color of the text is white. I want to keep this that way, but I like to have a green background where there is text. Does anyone know what I have to change in the css to accomplish this?
