Deleting Parts of Header

Working on the following site: http://www.efpeterson.com/goodeats/

I want to delete two things in the header, but I can't seem to find the callouts for the cart_bg.jpeg and the "help" link on the side. I've modified Menu1.tpl to my liking but those can't be removed through that file.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

I was able to take the image out via the style sheet but I've noticed that the logo is pushed down once you get to the personal data part of the order form.

I can see that on normal page you have div head1 inside div head2.
But on the order page you have head2 under head1. I think you can change this in templates/container.tpl.
