Edit the Order Form

hello,
is it possible to customize the default Order Form?
Currently it has the Fields:
First name, Last name, Company, Street, etc.
I just want these Fields:
First name, Last name, InGame Charakter Name, E-Mail, Comments and a Textfield which is shown to the Customer and can be edited.
I read the topic how to add a Country Selection, but the way how to add new Text input Fields, or even how to modify an existent field is nowhere described.
It would be Great if someone could discribe it (but please on the easiest way) or someone could mail me the finished files. ;)

another option is, just to change the "Company" to "Ingame Charakter Name". In the Backend it can stay with "Company"! Just the Text that is shown to the customer.
Is this easier?
I tried and tried but, if i change just a little bit in the one of the order form Templates, the text "Company" is gone but the text field stays?!?!

Maybe You can use existing field by changing language variables in panel admin. For example if You don't need phone field just change the name of label in admin panel in Languages tab.
