Extra field in shopping cart

Hello i have a question how to insert a extra option for customars like: fill in the shoeszie on my webshop shopping cart. but i dunno how and where.

In paid version is function: Products attributes. In free version it is hard to implement.

hello qc team, i have a question about a dropbox in the paid version i have searched the demo paid version but cant find a drop box for shoesizes in there i want to know before i order the paid version.
