Can i change the Menu?

Hello!
Is it possible that i can change the menu? Example

Change the name Categories on something else?

If it is possible please tell me how?

if i do this and i have a page in the menu that is linked too another website, de link doesn't work anymore

i still have the problem

if the name is 'index', then i click on the button (autostyle) it goes to www.ar-carsystems.be/autostyle

when i change the name from 'index' to 'producten' then that same button (autostyle) links to www.ar-carsystems.be/?auto-style,7. When i change in the options of that page (?auto-style,7) adress >>www.ar-carsystems.be/autostyle<< it doesn't work.

if i set back to 'index' it doesn't work anymore... i must use my backup and putt everything back whit ftp uploader
