Payment methods not showing up

I'm using the Quick.Cart infusion on my PHP-Fusion site, and my store has no way to pay.

When someone adds something to their cart, they can just hit "next," enter their billing address and it sends the order to me.

Never is there any payment method available.

I checked the source and the Paypal form is in there, it just doesn't show up anywhere.

What's going on?

you're using a very outdated version, not sure if anyone helps you here.

Well, this one is the only one that there is an infusion for.

I tried to install version 3x, but it turns out to be it's own shop, not an infusion for PHP-Fusion, thus ruining everything.
