How to put a banner on order form page

Hello,

I want to put a banner on the page where customers enter their personal data necessary for placing the order (name, address, ...). The banner should be inserted bellow the horizontal menu (the menu bellow top image).
Is it possible to do, and if yes, what file and where should I modify?

Edit file templates/container.tpl and in block ORDER_BODY after line:

paste code of Your banner.
