How can i show categorie and sub-categorie at products and basket

I want on page categorie/products list to show name from categorie also, now it only displays the name of the product for each one, and i want them both, or even more when there are subcategories.

When i add sName it displays the name of the product only, so where do i find the value sName from the categorie(s)? And how do i put it in the template products and basket?

categorie 1 = bathing
sub categorie = bathfoams

product = Lavender 500 ml

Now is shown as pageheader Bathfoam

and productname Lavender 500 ml

I want to show in one line, for each product :

Bathing - Bathfoam - Lavender 500 ml

I hope you understand what i mean?
