I would like to add 2 more fields into order form:
1. How you heard about us? (mandatory - text field in one line) 2. Enter your Promotion code? (text field in one line)
Both field I would like to see in Admin area, in "orders".
Also, I would like to get results of these fields, together with other fields, into mail after order has been made.
How is possible to get result of "comment" field into mail after order has been made. Now, I get only basic information (name, products, total...), but I need also: How you heard about us, Promotion code and Comment.
