Change background in Order Form and Order Confirmation page

i am building this site and will be upgrading to the EXT version of the cart in the next couple of weeks.

I am trying to change the background color on the Order information page where you put in customer name address etc... to all black and in the Order Confirmation page after that to all black with white text. and I am lost

if you are upgrading to EXT, perhaps it would be better to do it after upgrade.

Look in file templates/default.css at code which is beggining by:
