How do I integrate my payment gateway(dotpay) with Quick.Cart ?

Hi,
Im trying to obtain a payment gateway with polish Dotpay. On their website its written that quick.cart has built in support for their payment gateway

as written here

however, I cant find that function anywhere in the admin area
please help

This feature is built in, but not in the free version of QC.

Since I dont speak polish, my question is: which version should I buy to be able to use dotpay as a payment gateway?
