How can I replace delivery And Payment with dropdown

I have one question. It is possible to replace delivery And Payment radio buttons with simply dropdown with delivery options?

Hi, first of all, I doubt you have vers. 0.3.1 (you have probably 3.1).
Next, please show us how would you like to have this, you want only 1 payment and more carriers? or more payments and just 1 carrier?
I've been solving this once for a client and the result were some pretty complicated changes.

You are right. I have Quick.Cart_v3.4. Sorry. I want only one payment and more carriers.

1. bank deposit
2. paypal

if customer choose
1. if customer choose to pay with bank deposit I would like to show another page like "detail of payment"
2. if customer choose to pay pay with I would like to go paypal page.
