Plugin manager Fatal error

I have problem with plugin Manager V2_0. I install plugin manager using installation guide. But now i can`t access my site even admin isn`t working. I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function read() on a non-object in \...\plugins\pluginManager\pluginManager.class.php on line 473

I`m on localhost. Can somebody help me? Please

In download section. I resolve this problem using Quick.Cart.Loaded_v1.4.
