order buttons

I have version 3.4, for some reason my "order now" button on the product page and all the ordering buttons on the basket page are not showing up or the backgound color isn't coming up, i searched for hours on the forum but couldn't find anything, I'm pretty sure i installed it correct i even changed my chmodes to 777.
