In order form, I can't see payment and delivery form. Can someone help?

yes, set up payments and couriers ;-)

also, do check if you have the Order Form page created and that it is chosen as the Order Form page in admin>settings>page

I also get message in the admin page like this "Your Page breaks our product license!

Please return link to page http://opensolution.org/ with title "powered by Quick.Cart".

I cant understand where is my mistake. I have not been touching any related to quick cart site links.

In templates/container.tpl in footer You should have back link to OpenSolution site.

I cheked order_form.tpl but there is no mistake in the source code
